The Fairlawns Hotel & Spa, set in an attractive location in the English West Midlands, is an elegant luxury hotel that combines refinement with a strong focus on wellness. The recent restyling of the thermal suite by Sauna360 transformed the wellness areas with a modern, functional approach intended to offer guests an all-embracing experience of relaxation and comfort.

The wellness area was redesigned to be both modern and welcoming, immediately conveying an impression of space, warmth and relaxation. The walls are clad with large ceramic surfaces, while large windows provide a view of the steam rooms, ensuring visual continuity and a light, airy ambience.

Located in Trois-Bassins, on the island of Réunion, the Wood Hotel & Spa is tucked between the cliffs and the uncontaminated landscape. Designed with an architecture that elevates the qualities of the materials, the hotel blends the allure of the ocean with the stillness of the savannah, offering an experience that combines comfort with respect for the environment.

The Emilgroup surfaces help create harmonious and aesthetically seamless settings thanks to material choices designed to enhance every space. The <a href="https://www.emilgroup.com/collections/brand/provenza/alter/" target="_blank">Alter</a> and <a href="https://www.emilgroup.com/collections/brand/provenza/ego/" target="_blank">Ego</a> by Provenza collections were used for the floors and wall coverings of the bedrooms, bathrooms and spa, with shades specifically chosen to dialogue with each other. The Ego collection, in the Grigio and Grigio Scuro tones and the Trame decoration, combines with the Bruciato and Noce shades of the Alter collection to create elegant and uniform spaces notable for their strong textural continuity.

Wood Hotel & Spa: luxurious haven of relaxation 

The House in the Hill project was the winner in the Residential category of the Ceramics of Italy Tile Competition 2025. Immersed in the forest of Pelham, Ontario, the residence designed by These Architects Inc. is a modern reinterpretation of the original property in which the interiors and exteriors merge together seamlessly to form one single harmonious space.

The chosen Emilgroup surfaces, in particular the Tele di Marmo Reloaded and Tele di Marmo Revolution by Emilceramica collections, bring textural continuity and a sense of elegance to all rooms, creating a uniform aesthetic that prioritises the dialogue with the surrounding landscape.

House in the Hill: a residence immersed in the forest 

Ft. Lauderdale Waterfront Homely Estate is an example of contemporary elegance in perfect harmony with the surrounding tropical environment. Developed by DKOR Interiors in collaboration with STRANG Architecture and Bomar Builders, the 12,300 m2 residence maximises the potential of the chosen materials, combining industrial warmth with modern simplicity.

The project received an Honourable Mention at the Ceramics of Italy Tile Competition 2025, which acknowledges the most significant architectural works developed with Italian ceramic surfaces.

Located on the waterfront of Fort Lauderdale, the two-storey villa has a seamless open plan in which the interior and exterior dialogue without interruptions. The <a href="https://www.emilgroup.com/collections/brand/emilceramica/millelegni/" target="_blank">Millelegni</a> collection is the star of the external spaces, reinterpreting the natural appearance of wood with practical and durable solutions.

Ft. Lauderdale Waterfront Homely Estate: perfect balance of modernity and nature

Designed by architect Larisa Muresan, Issa Resort in Turda, in Romania, is a sophisticated five-star destination that combines nature, hospitality and architecture in an irresistible, seamless ambience. Its success in transforming every room into a unique, distinctive interior has won the project an honourable mention at the Emilgroup Project Awards 2025.

The resort’s philosophy is based on the idea of a location profoundly interconnected with the landscape: vineyards and hills provide the backdrop to a riding-school that forms the heart of the experience. Elegance, comfort and hospitality combine in a sophisticated equilibrium, giving every room a unique story in which nature and design dialogue in harmony.

Issa Resort: boundless elegance and wellbeing

The project for the reconstruction of the ventilated facades of the Calliope store in Jesi (Ancona), designed by architect Marco Cicognani for Store-lab s.r.l., received an honourable mention at the Emilgroup Project Awards 2025. The prize is in recognition of the project’s success in revealing all the ceramic products’ potential with a combination of technical complexity and carefully styled details.

The concept store comprises a solid form subdivided by patterns created with light, with the sloping wall and the inclusion of light fittings generating intriguing chiaroscuro contrasts. The resulting facade has strong visual impact and unites elegance and contemporary trends in an original, distinctive architectural language.
