Luca Building 831: the new dimension of design

Luca Building 831, a large residential and office complex in the Gangnam district in Seoul, was selected as a winner in the Emilgroup Project Awards 2025, receiving the prize in the Evolution category. The award celebrates the project’s fine interpretation of ceramics as a ductile material, able to shape spaces and redefine the languages of contemporary architecture.
The stars of the project are Level large slabs, in 160x320 cm size and 6.5 mm thickness, used to cover a total of 34,000 m² of facades. The pure, pristine White shade of the Level Tinta Unita slabs underlines the building’s monumental character and defines its contemporary identity with a blend of aesthetic innovation, excellent technical performance and visual lightness.
A project of KCC Glass Corporation, Luca Building 831 is outstanding in its seamless combination of luxury interiors, choice materials and a wide range of services. The complex offers a multi-level residential experience, with private and collective areas merging in a refined balance that reflects Gangnam’s cosmopolitan spirit.
