Medley by Ergon stars in an ice cream parlour that is also great selfie bait
In Hebrew, “Katzefet” means “whipped cream”, so it is an ideal name for an ice cream parlour in the beautiful city of Jerusalem. Studio Taga recently chose our Medley by Ergon collection for the store’s restyling project. The result is a fashionable, fun interior, an irresistible selfie opportunity.
“The basic idea for the ice cream parlour was to create a location that would be tagged on social media,” designers Tali Brodt and Galya Lousky Giladi explain.

The Medley by Ergon collection, in 60x120 size and Green Rock colour, was thus the ideal choice for creating an interior with very high aesthetic impact and an unusual, memorable colour scheme. The Rock finish, a contemporary reinterpretation of Venetian Terrazzo, features unevenly shaped monochrome fragments contrasting with the cement mortar in which they are embedded. The use of this design detail on the floors and walls was the key to the project’s success: “The tiles reminded us of pink waffle crumbs: it was love at first sight.”
