Emilgroup Rewards the Talent of Employees' Children with 2024 Scholarships
On Thursday, December 12, 2024, at Emilgroup's headquarters, the award ceremony for the scholarships dedicated to employees' children took place. This initiative highlights the importance of recognizing and celebrating exceptional achievements, both professionally and personally, of young students. The ceremony, held in the company's R&D area, was presided over by Luca Gatti, Emilgroup President and Human Resources Director, and Davide Ruggeri, Business Development Director, who presented merit certificates to the students who stood out for their outstanding academic performance in the 2023/2024 school year.
Now in its fifteenth edition, this event is an important opportunity for Emilgroup to showcase talent and acknowledge the vital contribution its employees make within the company. The initiative reflects the company’s commitment to the families of its staff, a dedication that is renewed each year with enthusiasm and gratitude.
During the ceremony, the students participated in a special moment where they were asked to share their dreams and values. These reflections were invaluable in symbolically completing Emilgroup's DNA, adding new insights and inspiration that enrich the company’s mission and values.
