SHORT-FORM PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS

Please note that during the event, photos and/or videos will be produced for promotional and informative purposes on the media used by the Data Controller (e.g. websites, social media, the press, etc.).

If you do not wish to be photographed and/or filmed, please notify the reception/registration staff on arrival on the day when you attend.

Photos and videos will be used in contexts not damaging to the personal dignity and reputation of the data subject, in accordance with the provisions of art. 10 of the Italian Civil Code. This brief privacy policy statement also notifies the data subject that the images will be used free of charge.
